Hi, I’m Madison

Posey Society grew from a long conversation with flowers — one that began in classrooms and fields, long before weddings or tablescapes entered the picture. At thirteen, I began formal training in floriculture and floral design mechanics through agricultural school programs, learning the quiet language of stems, identification, and seasonality. Those early lessons taught me to slow down, to notice, and to trust that simplicity, when handled with care, can carry a great deal of feeling.
I earned a degree in Agricultural Communication and Agribusiness, then spent five years working within the agriculture industry, deepening my understanding of sourcing, systems, and the lives of plants beyond the vase. That foundation informs everything I create — a blend of respect for the field and a soft spot for beauty that feels intuitive, imperfect, and alive.
My approach to floral design is guided by texture, movement, and emotional clarity. I design with intention but never rigidity, allowing each arrangement a sense of ease — as though it found its place on its own. Posey Society exists for weddings and gatherings that celebrate feeling, texture, and thoughtful design — florals that can be quietly romantic one moment and unapologetically bold the next
